When an international shipment arrives to the buyer, who informs eBay that it has arrived?
I have a parcel that has arrived to the buyer overseas even though USPS shows it as in transit. Who informs eBay of the arrival of the shipment?

Mentor1 year agoIf you are not using EIS and shipping direct yourself, it is up to you to use a service that provides online tracking back to ebay. IF the final delivery scan is not made, you may have a problem as ebay will not know it was delivered. In this case your funds will be held for the full time limit set on your account.
