When a seller threatens you
What do you do when you purchase an expensive item. It arrives and does not work. You interact with the manufacturer to prove it is defective. Even to the point that a diagnostic has not been run in over 2 years on the item. The seller is very resistive to return and makes you jump through several hoops to return it. When you return it the seller then states you are to blame for it not working, says you are harassing them (when you did not initiate contact after the return and were only given one time to respond). The seller then says he will not refund and threatens to report you to your profession certification board?! I would like my $1300 back but now I have to fear more threats from someone who has my home address, etc.
