when a seller does not ship an item
A seller going by the title "rarebookchic" sold me some books but never shipped them but provided me with the status that they were being shipped. She did not respond to my messages and too much time passed for eBay to get me a refund.
Ebay was made aware and confirmed that the seller never sent my the items yet continues to allow rarebookchick to sell her items on eBay even after eBay told me they would be removing her if she did not correct the issue.
How can I make it known that rarebookchick is a thief and people should not buy from her?
