When a person uses the item and says it works great, then continues
To use item for over 45 days, then complains a feature is not working and wants a refund do you refund their money or do you not?

-eBay allows returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery
-PayPal allows returns up to 180 days from the date of purchase
-Credit card companies allow charge backs for a certain length of time, it may vary from card to card
-Feedback can be left up to 60 days ... some report as long as 90 days ...
It's hard to refund after they have used the item for that long ... or used it poorly and caused the issue ... and it would be hard to tell them that.
They could just be fishing for a partial refund and maybe they have done that before, you just don't know.
Was it sold as new or used?
