When a buyer leaves positive feedback first, and the seller leaves negative or neutral feedback.
As a buyer I leave positive feedback first, then the seller leaves negative or neutral after. Paid after an offer was accepted, but honestly state how the seller waited until the end of the shipping dates to ship. Delay shipped my item, because they didn't really like my offer, but accepted.

Since 2008, a Seller can only leave a Buyer a Positive with Positive comments.
Did you receive negative comments from a Seller in the past 60 days?
