Whats wrong with ebay online.
So why is the website giving me the run around. Everytime im trying to call or just cantact the automated support it asks me to make a whole new account just to find nothing on it and i cant click nor make my claim. Calling it just gives me the run around and hangs up. Never had this with ebay making me think twice now in ordering anything from them.

What makes you think you need to create a new account?
If you purchased using a certain account, sign in to that account to find the details of your purchase in your Purchase History.
If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
