What’s the best route to take when you don’t receive an item but the seller is uncooperative
Summary: sexy_lin22 is frustrated after ordering an item on September 1 that was never received. Despite reaching out to the seller and courier, they were told to wait until September 11 for further assistance. The tracking information claims the item was delivered and signed for, but sexy_lin22 insists this is impossible as there's no doorman in the building. They have contacted various parties, including FedEx and eBay, but have yet to resolve the issue. eBay has assured them of a money-back guarantee if they don't hear back by September 11.
On September 1, I ordered an item I never received this item. I reached out to the seller. I reached out to the courier and no one wants to be cooperative. What’s the next step I need to take because now they’re telling me I need to wait until September 11 which I believe I shouldn’t have to. I pay $40.51 for this item that they’re claiming I signed for which is impossible because there’s no doorman in my building and they took a picture of it, but never left the package mind you this was FedEx. Please help me if you

OP1 month agoLast date was 9/1/2026 and I’ve contacted the courier the seller eBay and they’re all telling me that the package has been delivered that the package has been signed. eBay said they have a money back guarantee that if I don’t hear anything them by 9/11. To contact them then.. the FedEx driver took a picture and in my neighborhood you either put it in the building. You take a picture and you take it with you. I’ve explained that to FedEx that their drivers are incompetent.

OP1 month ago9/1 I ordered it on 8/31. Never got the package last tracking says that it was delivered and signed, but then it also states that there’s no signature required. I never signed for anything. I never received my package. This is what I don’t get. Why are they being so ignorant?
