What's going on?
Last week, I shipped an item to buyer. I've received payment and even received positive feedback from him. Plus, I helped him set up the watch he purchased. But here's the discrepancy: Something got screwed up, and I had to create a new tracking number. I informed him of the new tracking number, he acknowledged, and I have also since received the refund from the original shipping transaction. I thought everyone was satisfied! Now, for some reason, the buyer is demanding a refund, per Ebay message, saying that the watch was never received! What the hell! I feel like Ebay is defending this obvious scam! And now are they going to refund this dude for an item he DID receive plus gave me positive feedback for. The Ebay help section seems to avoid helping buyers resolve this scam. I am trying to unlink my bank information, because I think Ebay is going to take my money back. But they won't let me unlink it. Time to get a lawyer, right?
