What We should do?
Your item was returned to the Post Office for address verification on April 4, 2025 at 9:53 am in DANBURY, CT 06811 because of an incomplete address. Your item will go out for delivery on the next delivery day if the address can be verified.
Ebay provide us with incomplete address. USPS unable to deliver order. We asked buyer to contact local USPS office and correct shipping address.
No response from buyer.
What else we can do?

Mentor1 year agoThat is all you can do. Have you tried calling the buyer? Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Click Order Details. Often the buyer's phone number is displayed. Give them a phone call if it is listed and let them know they have a package waiting. If the buyer never contacts the P.O., the package will eventually be returned to you, at which time you can refund item price only to the buyer.
