What was sent was not what was pictured.

Question

I ordered a Waber By Tripp Lite Power Strip PS-415-HGULTRA, 15ft Cord W Hospital Grade Plug.

In the photo was clearly visible UL 60601-1 approval, which I am required to have.

What I got was a Tripp-Lite PS-415-HG-OEM with UL 1363A approval. This is NOT approved for the use I bought it for.

Of course, the seller says No Returns, so I am out my $50.

Both were my messages. I contacted the seller too. He said he would send the correct one to me. I don't have it yet.

Additional info:

UL 60101-1 is approved for use in patient rooms to add outlets for more devices.

UL 1363A is approved only for use attached to rolling carts with medical equipment.

Neither one can be substituted for the other.
