What to when I receive a counterfeit item when advertising as new in box.
Purchase Beats Pro fit x Kim and they are fake, I own several authentic beats, needed these as a gift and they are fake contact a family member at apple and they confirm they are indeed fake. Please help, I’m out $110 and now have to see where I can a real one so late. I’m very disappointed.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
