WHAT TO DO WITH SELLER WHO IS WRONG BUT HAS YOUR MONEY
SELLER HAS CONTRIDICTORY LANGUAGE IN HIS LISTING. THE LISTING CLEARLY SAYS THEY MAY SUBSTITUTE BASICALLY ANYTHING THEY HAVE ON HAND INSTEAD OF PICTURED ITEM. THEN, NOT FAR FROM THE PREVIOUS LANGUAGE, I QUOTE "The photos are meant to be an indication of the product you will receive." ANY UPSTANDING HONEST SELLER WOULD SEND THE PICTURED ITEM(S) AND CORRECT THEIR LISTING. NOT THIS ONE.

Mentor2 years agoeBay has a money back guarantee. If an item does not match the description, the buyer can return it at the seller's expense for a refund, regardless of whatever disclaimer the seller includes.

If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
