What to do with merchandise?
I purchase an item that arrived in a different/damaged condition than was advertised. I initiated a return through eBay, as the seller did not allow returns. eBay DID issue me a refund as the seller did not respond, however, I was not given instructions on what to do with the merchandise. Do I return it, or throw it away?
