What to do when you sold an item that you no longer have and did not remove it from Ebay and it sold
I am new to Ebay and sold an item that I had cross listed on several platforms. I neglected to remove the item from Ebay and the auction ended and it sold on Ebay but I do not have it any longer. What do I do?

Mentor4 months agoYou will need to cancel the purchase using the reason "Out of stock or damaged". This will give you a defect on your account. Since you are a new seller this can have a serious effect on your ability to continue selling.
