what to do when you cancel your order and need a refund but still haven’t got it
a couple days ago I bought an item, but the seller wasn’t responding to me so I canceled the order and eBay told me I have to wait three days so the seller could respond, but they are not responding. How do I get my refund of the order that I cancel?

Buyers cannot cancel transactions, you can only "request" a cancellation and that is what you did. The Seller does not have to respond although smart ones will to avoid issues down the road.
The date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.

As explained, you cannot cancel you can only request a cancellation ... you now have to wait as explained in my first post. That is how eBay works.

Let me repeat the process again for you:

OP6 months agoHow was just wondering how long is it gonna take for me to get my refund of my Canceled order that he didn’t shipped out yet, but he isn’t responding
