What to do when paid item is not sent
Item was purchased and paid for last November. Item was never received Seller keeps saying it was sent but UPS says it was cancelled.

Mentor2 years agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after the last expected delivery. You should have filed an Item Not Received before that 30 days was up. It is too late now for ebay to help you. If you paid via Paypal, you can file a case with them as they allow up to 180 days to file. Same time frame for a charge back if you paid with a credit card.
