What to do when I haven't recieved a purchase, the seller won't talk to me and the order

I need help,I ordered a pair of Beats from a seller. They were supposed to be delivered last month. The seller won't talk to me, I haven't received the order, the order was canceled, then I received an email saying, "This order can't be canceled!" What should I do now?
