What to do when buyer wants me to delay shipping?
Buyer asked me to delay shipping for a month. I messaged back:
"I just noticed your message asking me to hold off shipping until after the end of June. Unfortunately eBay requires me to ship by May 28. Would you prefer to cancel and reorder it at the end of June, or continue with shipping by May 28?"
Customer has not answered back.
It's going EIS, so can I ask the hub to delay forwarding? Or what should I do?

If they don't answer by the date you have to ship, you will have to cancel. Keep the buyer informed with what you do, everything documented through eBay messages.
