What to do when Buyer pays but glitch in EBAY site- and funding is stopped?
A buyer visited my store and purchased an item.
The website showed me that the buyer ordered, paid, and before I shipped the item, It
showed me that the item was shipped!
When I shipped the item, It rebooted and showed that I shipped the item- but never showed that
I got paid or that the item was delivered. The buyer never reached out to me - which is strange
Also, the item was never removed from the store!
Please help!
