What to do when buyer messages you that he’s not going to honor the heir sale
I was ordered a bid today then later reached out to by the seller that they were going to lose money if they proceeded to live the sale due to eBay fees.
I’ve already paid for the item and have no idea on who to contact or how to contact eBay for a resolution
Does anyone have any suggestions? It is not easy to reach eBay by any means in my experience – thank you.

·1 year agoIf you don't get a full refund or a package from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
