What to do when buyer claims something "missing"
It happens to all sellers, sometimes things get shipped and the buyer says something is missing. You look and agree and send the missing item. Now the question: If a part or item is NOT in the pictures and in NOT in the description....is it 'missing" ? I sold a small brass picture frame recently. When the buyer got it the buyer wrote the glass was 'missing' . I wrote back this frame was posted without glass, no glass in the pictures, no glass in the description. Buyer did not like that, and posted negative post. I wrote to ebay and the agents and again, they said ' oh dont worry, I see your point , there was no glass in description or photos, this negative post will be removed soon. Less than 12 hours , ebays Ai investigator informed me the negative feedback stays. Can anyone explain why ebay does not understand that something can not be 'missing' if there is no mention of it in description or in photos?
