what to do when an order is not delivered and is just sitting in usps and hasnt moved in 1 week?
I have an order that was shipped via USPS with signature required. The item was shipped on time. A delivery attempt was made to the buyuer. The note says
"No Access to Delivery Location
PLEASANTON, CA 94588"
On the USPS tracking site it says
"Latest Update
We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package at 4:58 pm on October 20, 2025 in PLEASANTON, CA 94588. We will redeliver on the next delivery day. No action needed."
Today is Octoiber 24th, there has been no attempt to re- deliver and no contact from the buyer. I have sent 2 eamails to the buyer with no response.
