What to do when an item as not arrived and ebay puts buyers in cold storage.
Folks
I ordered an item for installation which hasn't arrived. I contacted seller and the seller did not bother to respond. And to top it all, when I opened a case in the hope that ebay will cancel the order as its way past delivery date, they have put this case on hold until March 4.
I would like to be refunded as the item will arrive way too late. And, its a surprise that ebay has built opaque walls that does not allow a reasonable access to chat agents or phone agents. They keep sending you back through a maze that ensure the ebay customer can not contact them to gain resolutions.
It is making it hard for me to consider coming back to ebay for future purchase.

If you were informed that your case has been put on hold until Mar. 4th, then you will have to wait.
