I bought a set of glasses. One arrived broken. I took a video of the box being opened. I have never opened the the glass which is wrapped a you can see through the bubblewrap that it artived broken due to box being very poorly insulated. I sent the seller pictures of the broken, still wrapped item and offered to send a video as well. She has not responded. She admits to insuring the shipment. Pls tell me how to make a complaint to Ebay directly or what to do; I jave never had this happen before....
