What to do when a seller does not reply back.
I've contacted a seller twice with two simple questions regarding an item they're selling and I haven't received a reply back. The item is still for sale, I am very much interested in purchasing it but not without knowing just a couple of things about it that is not listed on the info provided online by the seller. I don't know what to do. The seller has a very high positive feedback rating so I am perplexed as to why I can't get a reply.
