There is nothing you can do. A seller can block you for any reason, or no reason at all. They do not have to explain why they blocked you.
You need to find a different seller.

OP2 years agoThat may be so, but "blackballing" in interstate commerce is against the law in the United States. This is the second time in my five years of being an ebay member that a seller did that to me. The first time was in 2019 or 2020, and it was from an Arizona seller who refused to sell me a different article of clothing. In that case, ebay stepped in and asked the seller to relent; when he refused, ebay said they would make a note of it, but could not compel the seller. An ebay rep said other buyers had complained about the seller. Apparently, ebay tolerates this nasty behavior, which I found troubling. I could legally force the issue in my favor, but don't want to antagonize ebay as I am a senior gentleman with two amputated lower legs due to a 9/11 related blood circulation disease, and I am forced to do most of my work and all of my purchases on the Internet. brhig 1443

Mentor2 years agoA seller refusing to do business with one person is not against the law or against eBay policy.
Put your effort into finding another seller that wants to do business with you.

OP2 years agoActually it is against the law because of civil rights and honest business issues, although if that seller doesn't want my business they can go to the devil. I will just tell my friends who buy online my bad experience.
It is not known if I'm the only person they refused to sell to; there may well be others. -- brhig 1443
