I have received an aluminium extrusion completly different from what I need. The invoice shows what I ordered and is correct for my order, not what is sent.

Prepare yourself for a return. Start with opening a return request for an item that doesnâ€™t match the listing.

From the wrong item, you have to make pictures (at least 1) and upload them.

The seller has to accept the return and provide a return label. Or send shipping money, before you return with tracking.

The seller has to provide a clear return address.

Ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate. You can do that 3 full business days later.
