What to do when a buyer hunts you down IRL?
So a buyer decided he didn't like the DVD I sold him and, instead of filing for a refund, he hunted me down via the return address on the shipping label and started threatening me on Facebook, saying he demands a refund and I am a fraudster, etc. I reported him to Ebay, blocked him both here and on FB, tried to file a complaint with FB (which went nowhere).
Other than blocking and reporting, is there anything you can do to keep people from being completely psycho about these things?

I'm sorry that is happening.
Here are some steps to take (sounds like you have done 1-3)
1) Block the Buyer from buying from you here https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock
2) Prevent the Blocked Buyer from further contact by checking the box for
"Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" under "Buyer Rules", then "Save Changes"
https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
3) Report each alarming message using the 3 dots in the upper right of the messaging
4) If possible, report the buyer using https://www.ebay.com/reportamember
If this option doesn't work, then
5) Report the buyer using eBay's social media customer service to get assistance
- https://www.facebook.com/ebay
Just sent a private message to the page explaining what happened.
Again your reporting reason is
6) File a police report
Reply back and let me know if you need more help.
