What to do if when looking up order get message order not found
I have the email confirmation of my order but when I click on the link in the email, I get a message order not found. I’ve confirmed with my credit card that payment has completed. Anybody have a suggestion on what to do next. I sent a message to the seller with the order number to confirm with them if it’s processed properly or not, but have not yet heard back I know sellers can be busy, so I’ll wait to hear back from the seller Just wondering if anyone else has encountered such a problem of getting an order not found message.
When I go into Ebay to my account and look up purchases, it is not showing there which is concerning.

Mentor4 months agoIt sounds like you purchased the item as a guest instead of with your Ebay account.
