what to do if seller does not return email when you have a questions about a product fitment ?
Emailed Caltric about certain clutch parts for a UTV to find out if they are for the Yamaha primary clutch or the Caltric brand clutch. the only response I received was a copy of my Email and a picture of one of the items I was asking about. wondering if they actually have a human customer service or an AI service that doesn't understand questions in plain English ? Did this all thru Ebay contact seller the right way and can't get any answers. Can't find an Ebay phone # to call and help me .

-Find a different Seller. Message that Seller back and let them know that due to their lack of communication you will be taking your business elsewhere.
-Sellers are not required to reply to messages, smart ones with good customer service will
-Some Sellers are so large they may get behind replying to lots of questions
