What to do if package doesn't arrive, but UPS says it did, u appeal & still lose.
Made a purchase. The seller listed it as 1 of 2 although I only bought 1 item. I'm left to assume they mailed something else along with mine making it 1 of 2. UPS then says delivered, but it wasn't. I follow EBay's policy, and get denied a refund, because UPS says it was delivered. I show proof that it was delivered somewhere else, I appeal, and still lose. What am I supposed to do now? I've lost a lot of money & I'm extremely upset at the seller & EBay!!!

·3 years agoGet a letter from UPS stating that the package with that tracking number was not addressed to you.
File mail fraud with USPS and a police report.
Once you have those three, appeal the case.
