What to do if eBay collected GST on a US ground order?

@annemarieharney Was the shipping address in Illinois? You ship to Illinois and eBay handles the sale from there for the eBay's International Shipping Program to the buyers country. I see you are signed up for the program.

Do NOT refund the GST.
