what to do if a guy is selling stuff that he does not have.
I ordered a laptop and a warrantee from a guy and he contacted me two days later telling me that he no longer has the item. Is there any penalty for this kind of irresponsible behavior? Why does the buyer have to take it on the chin while these scamming sellers have no consequence? I need a laptop. That's why i ordered one. Now i not only do not have a laptop, but i have to play games to get my money back.
