What to do if a buyer is trying to swap items for a return?

How do you handle the situation of a buyer trying to swap a damaged item in place of the one you shipped them? Verified by the listing pi ture and the pictures they uploaded for the return!

Not much you can do right now, but accept the return, provide a shipping label and refund when something is returned.

If they do ship back a different item, you can report the buyer for abusing the MBG.
