Mentor5 months ago@t.n.allen423 Make sure that it's the same buyer. Scammers sometimes try tricking new sellers into sending them an item.
You must always ship to the address provided at checkout to have tracking proof of delivery.
Let your buyer know that you will need to cancel, refund, and relist the item.
You can cancel the sale as buyer requested from the dropdown menu next to the sold item.

First be certain that the message is actually from your buyer. If not, ignore it.
If you are certain it is your buyer, find the order in Seller Hub and cancel the transaction choosing "at buyer's request" as the reason, then you can relist and the buyer can purchase again and provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
