What to do as a seller when tracking says unavailable but the items have been delivered

I have about 10+ orders where something was wrong with the tracking and didn't show updates on the delivery but I had asked the customers and they said that they received their orders. With that being said how do I got about getting my funds released?

What shipping method with tracking did you use?

Is the tracking number showing on the order details?

Does tracking on the carrier website show they were delivered?
