What to do about these Strikes against me as "unpaid"
I bid on 4 different planter boxes on a site. They were 4 items where we could BID although the most of the site was by a set price with FREE shipping. I bid on these 4 items & the seller then immediately pulled it from the listing, allowing no-one else to bid and also changed the shipping rates to reflect the other sales prices, hence for example, my bids were low and the shipping rates went to $130-160 on each item? and then expected that I purchased these things even when I said that was unfair and that was NOT how this all works, they pulled it from the listing and said SOLD with updated shipping fees! That is crazy. I have never seen anything like this. I suspect perhaps when they listed the items, maybe someone made a mistake in the listings? IDK but was totally UNFAIR and WRONG. However, I went on and paid for 2 of the 4 items and sent messages and did not get an answer or explanation as to why this had happened. So within a few days, THEY CANCELLED it and now, I am the one affected by this scandalous activity when in fact, was not my fault at all. So HOW CAN THAT BE REMOVED FROM MY STATUS??? I have tried a few times the past few days to place bids and it's saying I did not pay and this is just beyond ridiculous. And WHY they were allowed to do this is beyond me. I thought once someone had placed a bid, and the bidding was for FOUR days, then you waited to see what happened. I in no way was trying to scam anyone or anything of that nature, I simply thought, I am establishing a little garden and I had a list of several items from this seller, I tried to explain but the messages I got were that they were "out of the office" ????? So any help would be great, THANKS!

You can appeal. You also can use the item number(s) while explaining what happened. Be as brief as possible.
Go to https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/appealing-unpaid-cancellation-record?id=4357
Read the reasons when eBay is willing to accept a cancellation. Maybe this one: "The seller changed the terms of the sale after you committed to buy or won an auction".
Scroll then to the bottom for the link "Contact us".
You can choose for a chat with eBay or receive a call.
Good luck.
