What to do about fraudulent brand name items for sale?

I just bought a set of spark plugs that supposedly are manufactured by a company named Denso. Then I noticed in other photos posted by same seller that the Denso plugs he is selling are in fact fakes. I already contacted the seller demanding a refund for those newly shipped fakes. Who at ebay do you contact to notify that this person is dealing in fake merchandise?

First, report the listing for selling counterfeits, even if the listing is ended. Every listing has a "report" option. When reporting the listing, select these options:
1. Copyright and trademark
2. Counterfeit item or authenticity disclaimer
3. Counterfeit, fake, or replica items
4. "Continue" to open Comment box and mention you purchased the item and discovered it is counterfeit.

You can open a return request from your Purchase History, and select the reason "doesn't match description or photos". You will need to upload a photo and describe the problem. The seller will have three days to issue a return label or refund.
