What to do about an unclaimed package that was returned?
I got a package returned today, labeled not picked up, unable to forward, return to sender. The buyer hasn't opened a case but I'm wondering what my ethical duty is here.

Mentor3 years agoYour ethical duty would be to refund the buyer for the purchase price of the item.
You can send the buyer a note to let him know the package was returned to you and why, and you can relist the item and provide the new item number so that he can repurchase with the correct address if he still wants it.
