What to do about an eBay standard letter that has not been delivered to buyer
Sold cards to a buyer and shipped eBay standard letter. Left Florida and looks like it’s sitting in Cedar Rapids Iowa post office. What do I do it’s been 2 weeks?
I shipped it correctly.. I need help!

OP4 months agoYes it met all requirements size weight etc. It’s almost impossible to call USPS. No one picks up.
so you think call Cedar Rapids Iowa post office. There are 3 post offices there.
should I have buyer search?

Is this about the 13 pack of cards you recently sold? If it is did you check the USPS restrictions for using the ESE service. Max weight 3oz, 3.5" x 5" or 6" x 11.5" envelopes with a maximum thickness of 1/4". Must be flexible enough to go through high speed sorting machines. Search online for "What are USPS restrictions for ebay's ESE shipping".
Since the package/envelope is stuck in Cedar Rapids, Ia, is it a P.O. or a sorting/distribution center? ESE shipments usually only get scans at those facilities.
You may want to call the USPS customer service phone number, and see if they can do a facility search for the shipment. Make sure to tell the rep that this is an ESE shipment because they are tracked by a bar code not a tracking number.
