what to do
i sent this buyer 10 items i packaged them in one big box with 2 labels i source from diffrent areas so i dont offer combined packaging as costs are hi she bought all items on ebey as per costs , when i went to usps they removed one label as i still have as they said it would confuse delivery , after her delivery she emailed me demanding more credit on shipping i told her on ebay chat one label was taken off and pid for yet she still demended money ebay removed her negative feed back for this shipping several times now she claims she never recieved , need real answers
