What to do???
I sold a used non working battery for parts only stating it does not work or take a charge. Listed as no returns. Total was $49 free shipping and it cost me $16 to ship it. Now buyer wants to return because it is unusable. What should I do??

Ebay recently updated their policy regarding listings for Parts or Not Working.
If the Buyer feels the item is not as shown in the listing, because you did not offer returns in that listing, the Buyer only has three days after delivery to open an Item Not as Described return request. By doing so, they will need to submit proof the item is different.
If they meet all those requirements, you would need to respond by either providing a prepaid return label or a refund. If you don't respond, eBay can step in and force the refund.
