There is an item that I want to purchase that is of a particular color. In this, white. The picture of this item is white. The associated title with the picture states white. However, under the "Item Description from Seller," it states that it is OFF-WHITE. Which color is it?

I have messaged the seller for clarification and have yet to receive a response. How should I proceed?
