What to do
Bought a battery pack for a drill. Upon arrival it was an out-of-the-box failure. Corrosion on the battery pack in the clips to hold it in place were broken. Contacted seller one time communicated that I could have my money back or the product replaced. Since contact no reply after 24 hours. What to do

Mentor3 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
