What subject am I supposed to put this is so freaking ridiculous

I’m so freaking mad every month when I buy something off you guys there’s always a freaking problem whether I don’t receive it. It doesn’t come on time. I bought May 18 at 4:15 a cologne called it’s spelled XERJOFFI spent $81. I’m trying to get the tracking number so I can pay the taxes at the post office. The thing said that it was going to be here between May 20 and May 22 today’s the 23rd and still nothing I want my money or I want my cologne cause this is every month I go through some **bleep** with you guys. I spent a lot of money on you guys and all I’m trying to do is get the tracking number so I can pay the sales tax at the post office and now they’re saying that something This emailed me some **bleep** so I don’t even know if I’m getting my my stuff I want my money or my cologne or Monday morning. I’m calling my lawyer

Mentor4 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
