what should I do when I shipped an item I sold, has been received by the byer and confirmed to ebay
I shipped an item sold without using ebay lebel, but directly with USPS Priority, the buyer confirmed that the item has been delivered, but EBay didn't release the money, even after I entered the correct tracking number. What should I do, because I cannot talk to a human agent/assistant
