What should I do When I bought a fake en eBay
I’m from another country and I buy through a forwarding company on eBay。
Because the previous AirPods were lost, I decided to buy them on eBay (which turned out I made the wrong decision). I bought an AirPods Pro 2 for 120💲, which is a good price (good prices often come with risks) and this seller has sold more than two dozen products. A little regret after payment, because I was worried that this seller would send me fake products, I asked to cancel the order, and I was also willing to make up for a certain loss from the seller. But the seller still sent me the goods, and I can't cancel it.
A month later I received this AirPods I purchased in my country, and after some verification, I determined that it was a fake product. I tried to contact the seller, but the seller's account has been cancelled and the message I sent has never been answered.
I then contacted eBay, which asked me to return my AirPods to the seller. However, this requires me to pay high shipping costs and I only have half a month to ship the goods. This amounted to rejecting my claim for compensation. What should I do

·3 years agoWhen you use a freight forwarder, you have to pay to return the item to the freight forwarder.

OP3 years agoYeah , i understand you said . These are normal transaction processes. But I don't understand why I bought a fake product, and I asked the seller not to ship the product before the seller shipped it, and I wanted to cancel the order. Why can't I ask for a refund only in the case of this statement? And there is no way for the forwarding company to send it back to the United States in two weeks. Other ways such as I need to pay DHL120💲 shipping.
