What should I do in this case? Please help me.
I bought the item on the 16th, but it was delivered to the wrong address, so the item was returned to the seller again.
The seller received the item because it was returned, but he didn't contact me and didn't answer. So I asked for a return, but the seller refused and the case said that it was closed. What should I do in this case? The seller never answers.
If you check the tracking, you can confirm that it will be returned to the seller again, but why on earth doesn't the seller take any action and doesn't accept return requests?
I want to pay the additional shipping fee and get the goods back to the correct address, but I'm so frustrated that I can't get in touch.
