What should I do if I bought a camera and it never came and there saying it was delivered

The package never came I have a ring camera I was literally waiting on it a hidden camera so I was at the door so that nobody else would get

it never came the people from another country said it was delivered to my door and thatâ€™s just it smh I never got it and Iâ€™m out 40$

letâ€™s purge all outta country materials and make America great again . whatâ€™s make. Someoneâ€™s word thatâ€™s trying to make money versus someone who is just trying to receive what they paid for . I feel so scammed

It is not the responsibility of the seller nor ebay to refund you if the tracking number/scans show the item as "DELIVEREDâ€. You must take on the responsibility of locating the item:

Check with your neighbors to see if the package was mis-delivered
Contact the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.), provide the tracking number, and ask them to investigate exactly where the item was delivered using their GPS technology. If tracking indicates it was delivered to a different zip code, get it in writing and contact Ebay.
