What should I do about a return that hasn’t be refunded
So I am a buyer that returned a product and I used the shipping label provided by the seller. Now after 3 business days after the return was delivered they haven’t gave me a refund and when I asked them about it they told me to “please assist in closing the refund request for this order I will get the refund issued promptly.†I am confused and don’t know if I should wait a couple more days or escalate. In the return section for the item it still says ship the item by insert date and doesn’t give me any other options.

Typically the opportunity to ask eBay to step in becomes available three business days after tracking shows delivery back to the seller, and remains open for up to twenty-one business days from delivery if the return was started within thirty days of receipt of the item.
